14-Day Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Email hello@pawfitshop.com with your order number and we'll process a full refund of the product price.
30-Day Return Window
Beyond the 14-day statutory cancellation period, we offer a goodwill return window of 30 days from delivery. If the harness isn't right for your dog, email us and we'll sort it.
How It Works
- Email hello@pawfitshop.com with your order number and a line about what went wrong.
- We'll reply within 2 working days.
- In most cases, we issue the refund without needing the harness back — it's rarely worth the return postage. We'll confirm this by email.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Bank processing typically takes 5–10 working days after we process it.
Faulty, Damaged, or Wrong Item
If your harness arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo. We'll issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you — you do not need to return the original.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy reduces your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (the right to a repair, replacement, or refund for goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose) or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (14-day cancellation right for distance purchases).
