Welcome to PawFit. By using our website at pawfitshop.com ("the Site") and making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
Purchases
All purchases are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or limit order quantities at our discretion. Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We endeavour to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate, but minor differences may occur.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Free standard UK shipping on all orders. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
Returns
Unwanted items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused and in original condition. Sizing exchanges are free within the UK. The cost of return shipping for unwanted items is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is the property of PawFit or its suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission.
Disclaimer
The PawFit harness is designed for everyday use. It is not a professional training device. We are not liable for any injury resulting from misuse. Always use under supervision.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
